developed 7m³ lithium battery anode material coating and granulation equipment,
which is suitable for most lithium battery production lines in the Chinese
market.

single set of equipment is 4.8 tons

operating temperature of the granulation equipment reaches 650℃; the cooling
equipment must reduce the temperature from 650℃ to below 60℃ within 4 hours
Solution
To meet the customer's high daily capacity
demand, we equipped the customer with a 7m³ lithium battery anode material
coating and granulation production line.
This equipment is suitable for granulation
production using graphite and asphalt as raw materials.
The equipment is also equipped with an
intelligent PLC control system and a pipeline conveying system.
Delivery Process
1. In the early stage of communication with
the customer, we fully understood the process flow of the customer's production
line, workshop layout of the equipment, orderly arrangement of pipelines and
other design points, and provided relevant design schemes. The design period is
generally 1 week.
2. After the scheme is confirmed, we
provide equipment and production line layout drawings to the customer. The
drawing revision and verification period is 3 days.
3. Arrange production schedule to ensure
the completion of equipment manufacturing and delivery on the scheduled date.
The production period is 30 days, and the installation and commissioning period
is 1 week.
4. Provide safe and correct equipment
operation training for production line personnel, with technical engineers
on-site for 5 days.
5. After one week of trial operation of the
production line, a one-year warranty service is provided.
Project Achievements
1. The capacity of the 7m³ lithium battery
anode material coating and granulation production line has increased by 20%
compared with the previous production line.
2. The uniform particle size is about 18μm
with a concentrated particle size distribution.
3. The operating temperature of the
granulation equipment and the cooling rate of the cooling equipment meet the
customer's expectations.
4. The finished product qualification rate
has increased from 70% to 89%.
